4/2: Earth Month Community Service Day

Join us Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024 from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens for Community Service Day.

 

Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens is Central Ohio’s premier botanical garden and home to the iconic John F. Wolfe Palm House which dates back to 1895.

Mission: Inspired by horticulture, Franklin Park Conservatory and Botanical Gardens elevates quality of life and connects the community through educational, cultural and social experiences.

All volunteers will be required to sign a waiver and agree to follow all safety rules and regulations in place at the time they come to volunteer. All group volunteers must be 15 years old or older.

Group opportunities at Franklin Park Conservatory are outdoors and take place rain or shine.

All participants should dress for the weather and to get dirty. Closed toed shoes are required for all volunteers.

Earth Month Community Service Day (up to 15 Volunteers)

Volunteer Activities:

  • weeding, mulching, raking, or other gardening tasks.
