Small Biz Cares Launches New Donor Model & Monthly Giving Program

As a nonprofit whose mission is to inspire others to give back in our community and create a lasting positive impact, we recognize we inspire best when we lead by example. We want philanthropy and community impact to be accessible to businesses of all sizes and means. No small business or entrepreneur should miss out on the opportunity to create a lasting positive impact in their community, to network and grow their business, or gain valuable insights from like-minded individuals. Everyone is invited to participate with Small Biz Cares however they can. In the spirit of inclusivity and to better align with our mission as a nonprofit organization, we are transitioning to a traditional, fully donor-supported nonprofit model.

We are excited for what’s ahead as we grow. To help us grow our impact, we have a goal of raising $50,000 throughout the course of this year. We are launching a Monthly Donor Program, donor-supported impact programs, and an annual fundraising event. With the launch of our Cause Pillars, we truly believe our impact in 2022 will be greater than ever.

We know you have a choice when it comes to the organizations you support, and there are so many wonderful orgs out there. We value every dollar you’ve contributed to get us here, every pledge to move us forward, and every volunteer hour we’ve spent with you making a difference in our community. While the word “membership” may be going away, the benefits of supporting Small Biz Cares are here to stay with stewardship-focused programming and recognition for your support. Contributions over $250 will be recognized as a part of our Donor’s Circle, and members of our Monthly Giving Program will be recognized as a Small Biz Cares Supporter.
