Introducing Small Biz Cares

New Local Non-Profit Rallies Small Businesses Together to Achieve Ambitious Goals

The First of Its Kind Organization Will Make its Public Debut at Festival for Good

Small Biz Cares is a local non-profit with lofty goals. The organization’s mission is to connect, mobilize and strengthen small businesses to create lasting positive impact in our community. Small Biz Cares members carry out this mission through fundraising, volunteering, storytelling and contributing to a scholarship fund meant to help high school students achieve their dream of a college education.

“Columbus’ small business community is filled with leaders who give their time and money to causes they’re passionate about,” Nevin Bansal, founder of Small Biz Cares said. “We wanted to bring a group of smart business leaders together so that we could give back to our community at a scale only large corporations have been able to achieve.”

Founding board members include some of Columbus’ leading small business owners.

  • Nevin Bansal, Chairman, Outreach Promotional Solutions
  • Zachary Traxler, Traxler Printing and Alma Mater
  •  Daniela Obi, Connected
  •  Bill Nolan, Barnes & Thornburg
  •  Cody Warren, Two Men & A Vacuum
